White Mustard (Sinápis álba)
Mustard white homeland — the Mediterranean, whence it spread almost throughout Europe.
White mustard is used mainly in foods as a spice and the base for sauces and in oil (its content in seeds up to 40%). In comparison, for example with black or sarepta (yellow) mustard, white has a milder flavor that is more low essential oil content. As well as, other types of mustard, used in medicine, cosmetic and feed industry.
